Hello people! TODAY IS MY YEAR MARK AS A MISSIONARY!!! Can you believe I've been a missionary for a year? I did not think I would make it this far. The Savior has helped me every single day. This could've been the most extreme to extreme week of my life. I had the best day of my mission and possibly the worst. Let me tell you all about it!  So, we had transfers on Tuesday, and I got my new companion, Sister Morse. She's from Texas and served at the Mormon Battalion. She's such a good companion for me. I also saw Kaliene Talbot from Pleasant Grove. It was so weird to see a little piece of home here in Kentucky. At transfers, my president pulled me into his office. He said, "I just want to make sure you will still speak to me Sister Robbins after transfer news." He said it was the hardest decision he made this transfer to take me out of Owensboro. Especially when we had so many friends progressing and getting baptized. He did say he has never seen an area progre...

This was definitely the most eventful week of my mission. So, buckle up.  Okay it's a Wednesday night. Where are we? At a halfway house in Rockport, Indiana playing darts and eating peanut butter fudge with 5 recovering drug addicts on house arrest with big ankle bracelets. Naturally.  Okay a little background now. Terra, who's the most incredible returning member after 30 years got us 4 referrals this week. She took us out to a halfway house, and we taught her friend Johnathan the Restoration and set up returning appointments with 3 other people. They are now my best friends. We are going back on Wednesday because they want to have a BBQ and then be taught the plan of salvation. They just kept telling us we carried the brightest spirit with us, and they all needed that. Don't worry I was safe; I had my pepper spray. Susset got baptized! We got to be witnesses!!! This week was a week of celebrating! On the fourth we had a BBQ with the Elders in our district. We also played pickleball and watched a devotional while the fireworks were going off. Definitely a 4th of July to remember.  Then... the next day the real celebration began because it was MY birthday. I can't believe I'm 20!! Luckily, zone conference fell on my b-day, so I got to see all my friends in our zone and even gave a training on my b-day (which is not my fav thing) but it went really good!!! The Marshallese sisters made me a cake shaped as a fidget spinner (iykyky) #tryandkeepup. We went over to my Kentucky grandparent's house for dinner with our friend Ciera that's getting baptized soon. They got me an Oreo cake and we taught about tithing! Best day! But It doesn't stop there.... thanks to Kristen + Ty we got to go to Texas Roadhouse. Hello wonderful people!!!  Happy 4th of July! Also, if you're a real one you know that the REAL holiday is tomorrow;) Let me tell you about my week. Somehow, we managed to go to Olive Garden twice. Forgot how good that place is. A lot of crazy stuff happened this week that I can't write in my weekly email but if you remember this ask me when I get home! I also got fed "ice salad" this week it's a Karen dessert. It was, peanuts, strawberry sugar flavoring, water, ice, jello, Boba, and bread! It just tasted like soggy strawberry bread.  Tiffany! Our friend Tiffany asked if she could bring her stepson to her lesson on Friday. His name is Jayden (he is 10). He's got a personality! He was so eager to learn and told us he won't let anything happen to his Bible and Book of Mormon. We taught the restoration and when we recited the first vision.
