Helloooo friends!! I'm so grateful to be a missionary and have the best support group. Y'all mean so much to me and my heart is so full. Being a missionary is such a gift and I'm so blessed to have this knowledge. I get so excited to share what I know to be true every day. There's nothing more rewarding than being a missionary for Jesus Christ's restored church.  Okay I gotta give you the update on Kenneth and Risi because these two are on fire. We taught the Plan of Salvation, and they were shook. Kenneth was taking out his phone to take pictures of the cut outs and asking us all sorts of questions. Risi told us it just makes sense. As we were leaving their house a man ran over to our car. I stopped and rolled down the window. He said his name was Louise and asked if we were the church girls. He said he was Kenneth's best friend, and that Kenneth gave him a Book of Mormon. He said he's been reading it and wants to know more!! So, he's going to join our ...

Solid solid week out here in Kentucky !! There were a few of those days where I thought, "I could be a missionary forever!!" First off Ciera made it to the temple! I wasn't able to go but Sister Ebert sent me some good pics. My friend Timesha is on date too for Oct 8th! Stephanie our most progressing person had a baby this week. I'll put pics of everything below. Such exciting things!  We had some Spirit-filled lessons this week that are worth mentioning so I can hopefully go back and read and remember the feeling. I wish all of you could've been there!!  Kenneth + Risi we got to teach them the Restoration. At first Risi, Kenneth's wife was walking around making food but as soon as we started Testifying of the first vision she was glued. Right before we left Kenneth said, "I don't know what just happened, but y'all are doing something right. That was powerful. Just wow." He was wiping his eyes when he said that. The spirit is so powerful, and...

Hello people!! I'M AN AUNT!!  I have a new nephew named Jace who was born on Saturday!! He's so cute I'll put pics below.  We found so many friends this week!  Phillip! So, we met him 2 weeks ago, I had a feeling we needed to talk to him, so we did a big U-turn and met him! He came to church on Sunday and loved it! He came in his maroon suit and wants to meet with us now. Exciting!  We had great first lessons with Mike, Lori, Kenneth, Reesy, and Bonita! So, pray for them.  Viola! We found her on Facebook when we put out a service Ad. She needed help marketing her business on Facebook. So, I got to whip out my marketing skills and help her. She really appreciated what we were doing and asked us so many questions about our church. We got to share our testimonies and she even invited us over to Christmas. So sweet. She's from Kenya and has a 11-year daughter named Angie. She speaks Swahili so the Swahili Branch will be perfect for her!!  Elder Groberg did a de...

It's Been 11 Years W58

What a week!  On Tuesday, we headed to Louisville to pick up our trainee. As soon as we got in the room, Sister Morse and I looked at each other and said the blonde one is ours. Sure enough, Sister Wilson was with us. She is such a solid missionary. She's from Seattle Washington. She danced at UVU, worked at a juice bar, and we are just so similar!  Amie! Okay so Amie I found on Facebook back in June in my last area. She has been being taught by the YSA sisters in Lexington. Then I got transferred to Lexington and we decided we should meet up! So, I got to finally meet her in person on p-day. We got tacos and went shopping and just talked about the church the whole time. She has such a testimony already and wants to be baptized! She's kind of struggling with the adversary attacking her right now, so pray for Amie. So cool how God let us meet each other in person. Facebook is incredible.  Brian came to church for the first time in 11 years! He was beaming. It was so fun to...
