Something To Look Forward To W24

Hello people!!! The work is moving forward out here in Crestwood Kentucky even with a huge snowstorm and more covid restrictions. We are plugging along and laughing every day. I also learned how to pray in Spanish!

•We got the Covid Booster and that just about killed us. The next day we were convinced that Tina may have injected us with something a little more than the Pfizer Booster.

•It was my half birthday this week and not one of you thought to message me. Interesting....

•Okay, now for the missionary work things. We had an incredible lesson with Elwanda and talked about the Doctrine of Christ. We really emphasize the holy ghost and it made me reflect on how much the holy ghost is a gift. She started talking about her baptism and just cried. She can't wait to join the Lord's church and she has the strongest desire I've ever seen. Now we just got to work through some W.O.W. things so prayers up for Elwanda.

•There's a lady named Diane that I taught in Louisville she was probably one of my favorites she just really understood the gospel and said when she found out there was a living prophet it was the best news she had heard in a decade!! Her boyfriend reached out to me and said she is getting baptized! She moved to Florida a little bit ago but wants to come back to Kentucky so we can attend the baptism. So, I am definitely looking forward to that. I fasted for a miracle or something to look forward to last Sunday and this is such an answer to my prayers. Missionary work can get hard and daunting especially during the winter months so to have something like this to look forward to means the world to me.

•We found a new person on Facebook and had a lesson with him this week. It actually went great and he said he would love to meet again. We love technology!! Nothing makes me happier than teaching the gospel. I just love to sit in lessons and testify of Jesus Christ's Atonement during lessons. I just want the whole world to know there is hope and you can change!!!
