Kentucky My Dream W8

Can I just brag about Kentucky for a second? The accents! Nothing makes me happier than Kentucky accents. I love being called honey and sweetie. It's so beautiful here!! So many green trees, lightning bugs, squirrels everywhere, and the prettiest sunsets! My house is still haunted as ever, and I love it! My highlight of the week- we went to Texas roadhouse to visit our friend that we are working with, and country music was playing the whole time and I got to hear, "Forever After All" by Luke Coombs and my week was made. It's the small stuff people.

My real highlight of the week was definitely the temple there is no greater feeling of peace than inside the temple. This week was awesome because we had sooo many lessons especially with people we've been trying to get in contact with for forever!! Definitely worth texting them like 1000 times! Got to meet some pretty amazing and interesting people. My favorite lesson was with Bob our gas station boy haha. We went to the gas station as normal to teach him but luckily somebody else was working so we caught him at a time where he wouldn't be distracted. We taught him about prayer, and he was so happy and couldn't stop smiling. The spirit was so strong in this gas station. We said a prayer with him, and no customer came in and it was so peaceful. He told us how he chooses us over other churches and he feels like it's true. So grateful for him and I'm excited to see him progress.

Our most progressing girl Timesha has been ghosting us. I was devastated because ever since I've met her, I've seen her potential and have loved her. I've been praying and fasting for her so much! She just barely texted us out of nowhere and told us she's sorry she's been MIA and to never give up on her. She's already in Mosiah and says the Book of Mormon has been her support during this hard time. She asked if we could meet today. Something that God has taught me over and over again is, TRUST. Trust in his timing and his will. Be obedient and diligent and it'll ALWAYS work out maybe not how you thought it would. Love y'all and have an amazing week.
